We are Bang Bang Noodles and what started as a street food concept, we have grown to our first brick & mortar location in Downtown Los Angeles.
Our food is a modern take of the traditional Biang Biang noodles which are a type of noodle popular in the cuisine of China's Shaanxi Province. The noodles, touted as one of the "eight strange wonders of Shaanxi" (陕西八大怪) and Xi’an being the capital city, are described as being like a belt, owing to their thickness and length.

Robert Lee, our executive chef at Bang Bang Noodles, brings an extensive culinary background from Michelin-starred restaurants in Los Angeles, San Sebastian, and New York City. At Bang Bang Noodles, we hold ourselves to high standards, offering sophisticated yet accessible flavors. His brother, Nelson Lee, the owner, combines his experience as a producer and professional in the entertainment industry with his business and marketing expertise to ensure the best possible dining experience.
